It’s been 10 years since I last wrote a blog post, I have over 150 drafts in my draft folder, never finishing a thought, never posting again. The reason why I stopped was simple, hosting a blog cost too much, what was once free now required a payment, Im old school, the internet should be free but I get it, everyone gotta make buck.
With my recent birthday passing, I realized the last time I wrote a blog was when I turned 30. Here I am now 40, and I decided I would gift myself a blog to write again.
With life changing dramatically for me in my 30s. I am no longer bored, wondering the earth, or searching for purpose, my current purpose is simple, keep my children alive, and feeding my family. As I make everyone a peanut butter sandwich, my heart screams, “I must create, I must inspire others!”
I have no real strategy, I just know its time for me to write again, its calling me. So here I am, digging up the weeds of this blog, and preparing the soil. Here is my seed, let’s see what grows.
